Drake is a 2 bedroom terraced house facing south, with a 45ft garden and just a few more feet separating the property from the sea. A barbeque and outside seating area are provided for your convenience. There is a full height window conservatory which faces south over the garden towards the water.
Drake has oak wooden floors throughout complete with comfy sofas and a coffee table. As with all WBSC properties, Drake features an LCD TV, Freesat HD box, DVD/USB/SD movie player and state of the art high speed fibre broadband via Wi-Fi.
Pass through to the rear of the property and you will find a charming bathroom equipped with not only a separate shower cubicle, but also and a comfortable white corner bath (with integrated shower mixer in a telephone style). There is also a washing pedestal and shelving with both low and spot lighting.
Behind the bathroom to the front door there is a galley kitchen with electric hob, digital oven/grill with LED display and timer features, a fridge/freezer and modern washing machine and of course a selection of utensils, microwave, toaster and kettle.
There is a long twin bedroom to the upstairs rear overlooking the courtyard, along with an upstairs WC with basin and a spacious double master bedroom with solid wood furniture and a view to remember.
Off street parking is available on all of our properties as standard. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for a surcharge, please enquire at time of booking.
There is also parking for one car. Portwrinkle Beach lies on your doorstep. The fishing town of Looe lies a 20 minute drive away. The city of Plymouth is about 6 miles away via the Torpoint Ferry. This cottage is ideal for any couple or family wishing to take advantage of the discounted golf and leisure facilities on offer at the Whitsand Bay Hotel. This includes use of their excellent swimming pool, sauna and steam room.

The Finnygook Inn is a 5-10 minute walk away. The Jolly Roger Cafe is just above the beach. The Whitsand Bay Hotel is on the doorstep with bar and restaurant. All facilities mentioned are dog friendly.

There is a large communal front garden overlooking the sea. This garden is shared with the property next door. Front patio directly outside of the sun lounge is not shared and has seating and a large barbecue.
Short breaks available out of season. Cot and highchair can be provided upon request. Special discounted rates apply for golf and leisure facilities within the Whitsand Bay Hotel which is a 5 minute walk away.

Accommodation is available from 4pm on your arrival date and should be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure. The nearby hotel have offered concessionary rates for the 18 hole cliff top golf course £100 a week unlimited use, these MUST be arranged on day of arrival at the hotel reception. Please phone for more details. This includes the use of the swimming pool at the hotel £30 a week for Adults & £20 for children and use of the sauna.
