ALL equipment for example Cots and High chairs and Linen including Towels are now provided free of charge. Extra set of Towels (1 Hand and 1 Bath) £3.

Heating and lighting are now all inclusive.

PAYMENTS 50% of Tariff is requested at the time of booking. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. No reminders will be sent. In the event of a non payment the accommodation will be deemed cancelled and we will endeavour to re-book it. In the event of the accommodation being re-booked the deposit may be refunded minus an administration fee of £30.

CLEANING - We are now asking for a deposit of £50 per unit. Please leave the premises in more or less the condition in which you found it. We are not going to count every teaspoon! The deposit should be paid on a separate cheque at the time of the booking and will not be cashed unless it is necessary after your holiday.

INSURANCE - We do not arrange insurance for self-catering except guests using facilities under the above note. In your own interests we recommend you insure your holiday with Perry Gamble and Co., 27 St. George’s Road, London, SW19 4XE, or your own Insurance Company.

ACCOMMODATION AVAILABLE - Accommodation is available from 4 p.m. on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10 a.m. on day of departure. Arrival/Departure Day – Thanckes House, Lodge and Folly – Friday. Villas, Sudios, Hawkins, Grenville and Drake - Saturday.

GOLF - The Hotel have kindly agreed to extend special rates for golf and leisure to those on self-catering terms, these must be arranged on arrival at the hotel reception. Golf is charged at £65 per person per week with under 14's at half price.

HOTEL AMENITIES are available as for residents, prices are as follows:

(1) Leisure Complex and Swimming Pools which are charged at £25 per adult per week. Under 16’s £17.00 per week, under 5’s free.
(2) Weekly Golf Tickets are available at £65 per adult and half price for under 14's.

Leisure and Golf tickets must be paid for at the hotel reception upon arrival.

WINTER - Accommodation is available for protracted winter season letting at less than half price.

DOGS - are allowed with prior notice only from £20 per week, and must be paid for at time of reservation.
